Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We offer free economy shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (after discounts and before tax).

Customers can choose their preferred shipping method at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States:

Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

International:

Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance. Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time.

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Alphera is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Alphera is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
